The Majority Party MDC Alliance is going to provide rural areas with electricity and running tap water said the Revolutionary party’s Secretary General Cde Chalton Hwende. The Secretary General was speaking at a site where the Revolutionary party’s leader Cde Nelson Chamisa is drilling boreholes in Mashonaland West under the party’s Rural development programme, Development and Urbanisation of Rural Areas (DURA) .
