CCC members of Parliament in Chitungwiza Cde Job Sikhala and George Sithole will know their fate on their bail application on Wednesday after the magistrate Gibson Sibanda reserved his judgment.
The two MPs arrived in the court in leg irons. They are facing false allegations of inciting violence in Nyatsime following the murder of CCC Activist Cde Moreblessing Ali who was killed by Zanu-Pf Thugs.
Meanwhile Transform Zimbabwe Leader Jacob Ngarivhume Criticised the ill-treatment of the Mps by the Captured state institutions and called on Zimbabweans to rise up against Mnangagwa.
He wrote on Twitter :
MP is in leg irons, treated worse than a common criminal. This is not by accident. This is Mnangagwa’s doing. He has reduced the criminal justice system to ashes. Persecuting the innocent and acquitting the guilty.
Zimbabweans; stop being passive. We are paying a heavy price for our fear. Job Sikhala needs our help. Calls for his freedom must be heard from the far corners of our nation. And calls for Mnangagwa to step down must begin to increase!!!
